Bergen Anderson, the founder and heart behind Lilla Barn Clothing, creates thoughtful, playful, and long-lasting apparel for adventurous kids and grownups.  Her designs reflect a love of self-expression and a commitment to sustainability. Lilla Barn uses organic textiles and timeless Scandinavian-inspired styles to create clothes that are both beautiful and built to last.

More than just clothes, Lilla Barn is a philosophy.

Bergen started Lilla Barn in 2011, inspired by a desire for clothing that reflected her own values and her daughter's individuality. Lilla Barn clothing is designed to empower kids to be themselves, regardless of gender stereotypes. Adaptable prints, colors, and patterns ensure there's something for everyone who loves to stand out.

Bergen's Story

Bergen's design aesthetic is influenced by her life journey. Raised in Iowa, living in Sweden, studying in Minnesota, and now at home in Chicago, each place has added a unique touch to her style. Look for hints of Swedish influence in the clean lines and bold prints of Lilla Barn's clothing. Bergen's commitment to a simpler life and her love of travel are also woven into the brand's philosophy.
